The ongoing journey started with the simple desire to deliver uplifting and mood providing tunes to private parties and events. Recently, they have been seen bringing their indistinguishable touch to the public more frequently. Like a flamingo bird, you will most likely spot them in warm and cozy locations, where people carry a smile and are up to move their body to the rythm of the night. Today's electronic music and dance culture is widely dominated by techno based music, where OJ Sound System is making a stand against. Come and join our house, where parts of jazz, afro-funk, italo-disco, south asian and south american influenced disco and house all merge to a very special musical experience.

OJ Sound System hat sich in den letzten Jahren bei unzähligen, vorwiegend privaten Events einen Namen gemacht. Eine musikalische Untermauerung eines Events gelingt dann, wenn der Rythmus und die Wärme der gespielten Musik durch Freude und Tanz der Anwesenden reflektiert wird. Das Erschaffen dieses Zusammenspiels ist eine Kunst, welche OJ Sound System zu meistern weiss. Genau deshalb gelten sie bei allen die sie kennen, als legendär und unverzichtbar. Zwischen House und Disco, gemischt mit südlichen Einflüssen und Aufnahmen, welche schon lange als vergessen geglaubt scheinen, bringen sie die Wärme zurück an jenen Ort, wo man sie antreffen kann.

Based between Rome and London. Stefano is conservatory trained and raised on the music of Weather Report and Azymuth, with his recent musical output being fully supported by UK music legend, Colin Curtis. 
Stefano has been a go-to session player in many projects across multiple genres - from jazz to funk, reggae, and pop, and in 2017, he launched the ‘Big Beat’ trio who blended pure jazz with new synth sounds and syncopated drum patterns. Later, in 2020, Stefano teamed up with the drummer, Gaetano De Carli to form Re:Fill. Since then, the duo have taken their music to a further level and developed a brace of imaginative and complex grooves. Gaetano provides a rich musical background to combine with Stefano’s soulful synth-work, balancing the old world and the contemporary. Their first record, ‘Cycles’, was released in June 2022 and features important collaborations with heavy-hitters from the UK’s DJ-producer scene, Ben Hauke and WheelUp.
In October 2022 Stefano released his first solo Ep “Unreachable Galaxy”. The EP showcases Stefano’s diverse palette of sounds where he effortlessly blends a flowing broken beat rhythm section, next level hip hop, future jazz, latin and funk throughout the entire project. 
Engaged in collaborations with various artists, DJs, and labels like Z Records, Stefano continued his solo career in 2023 with releases such as the bossa-infused 'Barra Nova' (7-inch) and the spiritual jazz EP, "A Kind of Prayer."
Entering 2024, Stefano is involved in new projects, with two tracks from the "Unreachable Galaxy" EP set to feature in Jazz Dance Fusion Vol.4 compiled by Colin Curtis, out on Z Records in March.

Bassi Maestro’s new project “North of Loreto” starts in 2019 where his rapping career ends. The new sound is a straight tribute to all those 80s productions that inspired him growing up as a kid, such as Electro Boogie and Funk, Modern Soul, Italo-disco and early House Music from New York and Chicago.
These are also the ingredients of Bassi’s all vinyl sets, along with exclusive blends, remixes and re-edits. 
The “N.O.Lo” album (out since May 2019) features US artists Diamond Ortiz (from the new G-Funk scene), Domino (the OG rapper from Long Beach) and Italian keybord wizard VEEZO (Jaxx Madicine) amongst others.
Included is an italian vocoded take of the Japanese classic “Plastic Love” and a remix from Boston’s modern soul queen Saucy Lady.
