Ben Schots was born on the 19th of april 1982 in Turnhout. He always liked the harder styles of music like retro en jump but was introduced in the hardcore scène in 2002. That year he met his best Dutch friend Merijn. They started to visit the biggest party's in Holland and Ben became really hardcore minded. In 2006 he bought his first turntables and started to improve his dj skills. Soon he perfomed at local parties but unfortunately the hardcore scène wasn't that big in Belgium at that time. This didn't stop Ben from spinning his records. Slowly the hardcore scène started to became bigger and bigger in Belgium and now dj D-Former stands strong to mix the best hardcore tunes!
