Here at SoundPark, we've always felt strongly about showcasing brands along with the people behind these concepts that contribute to their regional nightlife culture in a real way. It’s a collective process that involves the coordination of plenty of people to put it together. Artists need to make incredible music. Labels need to release this music. Both management and booking agencies work in tandem ensuring their artists are performing at the best shows possible. The event organizer needs to have the vision to pair amazing music with an equally amazing setting. The venue needs to offer incredible sound, a place with a captivating atmosphere, where people feel welcome. The ones who do this right create wonderful experiences that will leave the audience simply buzzing. Music can be an incredibly rich experience that can affect you in powerful ways. When we first discovered Patrick Muller aka Patlac, it was an unbelievable combination of all these elements. This is why we hold this tastemaker in such a high regard. His sound is an amazing blend of punchy hypnotic hooks that share both melodic and groovy overtones. His performances are always exciting journeys that carry energy but never lose that delicate balance of harmony from track to track. SoundPark was excited to sit down with the Hamburg native to discuss his particular style of music when both performing and when writing in the studio as well as some perspective on dealing with stressors that come along with growing notoriety on a global level. As well racking up plays from industry reference artists, YokoO’s music has proven time and time again it can reach the record bags of the DJing elite in every continent.

As a DJ, YokoO embraces the dancefloor with a dynamic and honest approach sparking it up with forward thinking music every time. When you see him play, you can see a genuine love for what he is doing and that naturally feeds back to his audience, fuelling energy and the fever of the dancefloor. The warm melodies work with the heavy basslines to create a unique sound that is deep but still pumping enough to get a party started . . . and going way passed sunrise.

HELMI music is a fusion between house beats, spiritual nomad tune and oriental vibes. Taking influences from his various homes and experience in 4 continent (some good and some sad), he is always trying to put his own touch into several mix by including Melodies, percussion and effects that comes out of the ordinary and the common.

"Nōpi is a newborn producer project from Ukrania. Established in early 2019, Nōpi was able to score releases on significant labels and his continuous flow of giveaways has quickly gained him some recognition. We are happy to help the young talent on his rise to the top and showcase 2 groovy, melodic house tracks, supported by our dreamy family-members Yoni Yarchi and Daniel van der Zwaag.

Daynight is able to deliver a bouncy and energetic baseline groove, further enforced with tight shakers and warm percussions. Gentle piano chords and soothing vocals are layered upon the bases and build a coherent atmosphere, that is characterized by subtle textures and smartly placed pad-sweeps.

With peculiar tension, main title track "The Forest" opens up its intro. A collaborating space of fieldrecordings set the mood of this song, while patient piano melodies and a warm, low-end bassline push the production forward. Subtle chants and an array of pads, create a haunting atmosphere - An adventure of mystical soundscapes, that is reshaped by our NWS-dreamers Yoni Yarchi and Daniel van der Zwaag.

Yoni's remix immediately takes a brighter and life-affirming turn, by implementing an uprising & warm bassline, energetic percussions and a flourishing synth, that is playful and charming. Elevating pads and charismatic textures, give Yoni's take and innocent feel in the most positive way.

A beafy low-end and hypnotic rhythmics are the foundation of Daniel van der Zwaag's deeper approach. The symbiosis of the lonely piano with wide and open soundscapes, create the atmosphere of a lonely walk in the woods. The complementing layers of a pushing groove and an intimate top create an interesting feel, that keeps up the mystery of the original, fortifies it and reflects the story of a forsaken place.
