"The Label" is a raw, intense exploration of mental health diagnosis and societal hypocrisy, channeling the raw vulnerability of Radiohead's "Creep."
It tells the story of being given an official classification ("The Label") as a child for seeking help, only to be rejected and stigmatized by the same institutions later in life because of that very designation. It's a shout against a system that attempts to heal and then chooses to exclude.

"You stamped the paper to help me stand up straight, then judged the man by the number and the date. What a crooked world."

Felt like a maze, a place I couldn't find
The simple exit, the clear and open road
A heavy feeling, a weight that overflowed.

They gave me papers, a temporary lease.
A careful word, a clinical design

I worked the hours, to climb back to the light.

While I still struggled, beneath the weight it spoke.

The institutions, the things I battled for.
I handed over the document, the sign
The very record that you said would define.
