Born & raised in South Italy, Marco Barbiero - aka Barbur - splits the time between his homeland (Apulia) & Berlin, where he has lived for some years and founded the Barbur Room radioshow in 2014.
In 2016 Marco made his debut on the Berlin-based Kuukou Records, remixing “Nunchaku” by the label-boss Simina Grigoriu, join the Kuukou Family & becoming friends with her and the electronic music legend Paul Kalkbrenner, her husband. At the end of the year, the New York-based Big Shot Magazine has included Barbur in the 238 most influential talents list of the year.
In 2017 Barbur launched his new own EP on Kuukou, "Under Conditions", featuring two awesome remixes by the Pacha Ibiza's resident Alex Kennon and the french veteran Claude Monnet.
Marco in the latest years made gigs alongside Marshall Jefferson, Roger Sanchez, Skin, Hector Romero, Satoshi Tomiie, Bob Sinclar, Ralph Falcon & more. His music today moves between house & techno sound, often wandering in the dark side of electronic music.
Recently, Marco has been invited to make a mix for the famous Cadenza Source to Cycle Podcast by Luciano on Cadenza Records. 
Barbur latest mixes are hosted on Ibiza Global Radio, Pioneer DJ Radio, Deep House London, Data Transmission, Music is 4 Lovers, Ibiza Sonica & other music channels.

Gerade in Kalifornien gibt es seit ein paar Jahren eine stetig wachsende Downtempo Szene. Eine meiner liebsten Entdeckungen ist hier definitiv Hilary Mertaugh aus San Franzisco. Ihre Mixe haben immer diese gewisse eigene Handschrift, sind perfekt abgemischt und stets sind die Stimmungsbögen ein Traum.

Hilary ist in einer äußerst musikalischen Familie mit der riesigen Folkmusic-Plattensammlung ihrer Eltern aufgewachsen … (hört man ihrem Sound durchaus auch an). Bevor sie endgültige dem elektronischem Downtempo verfallen ist, hat Hilary jahrelang Geige für Square Dance gespielt. Hierher rührt glaube ich auch ihr perfektes Rhythmus-Gespür.

Für sound(ge)cloud hat sich Hilary mächtig ins Zeug gelegt und uns eine über 2 stündige Geschichte zusammengestrickt, vollgepackt mit der kalifornischen Sonne. Hilary es ist mir ein große Freude dich in meiner Reihe zu wissen und tausend Dank für deine  umwerfende Musik.

A true coastal boy, who loves and lives the cool breeze of the Baltic Sea, has conspired with music since his childhood. Early he became acquainted with the use of instruments and developed a dedication for the musical happenings. With the first visits to Schützenhouse Marlow in 2009, he turned to electronic music. He quickly bought his first equipment to practice and develop his Skills. Names such as Oliver Koletzki, Oliver Huntemann, Solomun, and Carlo Ruetz were the hallmarks of his modern technoid influences, which can be heard in his sets. Pressureful basses and dreamy melodies characterize his style, which should take the listener on a journey of the senses.

Actually it is not entirely wrong putting the native Bosnian Zoka aka Zoka Matic in this convenient drawers, since the parties in the early 90s encouraged him to spin records and produce musichimself. Though the Golden Age of Hip-Hop was musically just as inspiring as house and techno influences. To him it makes no difference whether the tune comes from Curtis Mayfield, Al Green or Carl Craig as long as the vibe is right. If you want to meet the sneaker connaisseur in the localnightlife, you`ll normally find him at the Club ARM as a resident or Eventhost . Holding a Residency with his own Brand SUPA @ Club Unten, Raising up the D14 (documenta 14) Club, Space & Bar Project “kleiner Onkel” in 2017 as a Booker and musical mind behind it, Zoka stays open-minded in every way and although people considered him being a Vinyllover he likes to play digital as well…
On the whole it makes much sense keeping a weather eye on the founding-member of the Beatsports Crew. After recent releases on his own imprint bespmusic or other labels like Parquette Recordings, Baile Musik, Zoka is prepared for whatever. In view of the current year there are somenice and exciting projects like the release for the infamous Berlin label Exploited Records on side to side with Artists like Claptone, Adana Twins, Doctro Dru, just to name a few… and important to mention on Barcelona based sinnmusik. ZOKA`s Booking shedule is getting bigger, playin at some
well known Festivals and Club Venues like @ DOCKLANDS Festival (Münster) ,OBEN Festival, Kater Blau (Berlin), Hinterhof (Basel/Switzerland) recommends his versatile kind of being a Dj and Producer…

Hello friends! 
We started the summer season on the beautiful rooftop of Kleingarten, Istanbul. It was the grand opening of the year so it was very crowded and super fun to play!

This was our first hybrid set in a loooong time (since 2016 actually) and a challenging experience but in the end it was a rewarding one. We're grateful for everyone who got in the mood with us, danced, and shared joy! 

Many thanks to the original artists who inspired us to play guitar, synths and various samples on top of their wonderful craft. 
And of course thanks to the Klein and Kleingarten teams who made this happen in the best possible way!
