at this time in my life I was worrying and overthinking about where my life was going

in the midst of it all, still eager for thrill and excitement
had a mental breakdown on the 15th floor of Mr. Purple in New York, I was actually considering jumping out of the window, the weakest point in my life I can admit
a funny thing happened during my contemplative state, maybe the universe knew what I needed. Kanye West's "Champion" started playing in the lobby at the moment, the lyrics hitting home harder than I truly expected.
snapped me back into knowing that I need to do better to give back to those who believe and depend on me, and stop fucking around.
