A sound work by Sakat that emerges from direct contact with electrical current, not as a tool, but as a field of hidden structures. What appears as a simple flow of energy reveals layered worlds within it, micro-patterns nested inside one another, unfolding beyond human intention.

Through a self-made contact microphone, electricity becomes audible as more than noise or signal. Within feedback, interference, and instability, smaller systems speak from inside larger ones. The work follows these internal architectures rather than imposing form upon them.

During the process, control dissolves. The body no longer acts as a creator, but as a conductor, a passage through which unseen orders briefly surface. In this moment of exposure, authorship weakens and listening takes precedence.

This piece reflects on the idea that creation does not always originate from will. Even within a current measured and mapped by science, there exist concealed worlds, where creation repeats itself at ever smaller scales, waiting not to be designed, but to be revealed.

A Lesson in Conduction (Live Exposure)

Saturday at the Shopping Mall Soundscapes is a sound exploration of one of the most inconspicuous yet acoustically rich environments – the underground parking lot of a large shopping mall in Varna, Bulgaria. The album features binaural and stereo recordings shot in real-world settings, recreating the cold concrete spaces, echoing footsteps, frequency resonances of cars and the pulsating sound of ventilation.

The second part of the album takes the listener into the inner atmosphere of the shopping mall itself – a mix of human voices, escalators, soft background noise from shops and the natural reverberation of large spaces.

The binaural technique creates a realistic 3D environment, suitable for listening with headphones, relaxation, ASMR, audio archiving, sound design or inspiration for cinema and games.

I hope the Wild Edges speak for themselves. The rest is what happens between them.

I have limited know how and equipment, but think that feeling is more important than hardware and technical ability. 

I decided to stop liking other artists tracks, even if i do like them. I was feeling the pressure to like tracks when i listened to them, especially when people sent them to me to listen to, worried that if i didn't i would upset or offend the artist if i didn't like them, its easier just to like privately. Misunderstandings sadly happened too easily, so i'm distancing myself from the possibility of hurting anyone and of being hurt myself.  Maybe it is better being alone after all. Soundcloud is just like anywhere else where there are lots of people...it can be difficult.

I won't follow, listen, or like, for followers, listens, and likes, so, please, don't ask me to. 

This is a creative escape.

I am always trying to be quiet, but often fail, and to do better.
