Because of Art's break-infused ‘Lost in the Sun’ featuring Ruth Royall receives two club-ready remixes from the hotly tipped Simon Doty.

For the ‘Day Mix’ Canada's Simon Doty swaps dreamy breaks for groovy deep house yet maintains the track's euphoric feel. He uses, ravey piano lines, warm synths, and tactful loops of Ruth Royall's vocal to build up to an impactful drop which unleashes the track's powerful bassline. The ‘Night Mix’ is stripped back and weighty with a fat, club-ready bassline married with the track’s memorable house pads.

‘Lost in the Sun’ was originally released at the very start of 2021 and has welcomed support from all corners of the Dance community, from the likes of Danny Howard on BBC Radio to former England rugby star turned DJ/producer James Haskell, and more recently Dosem and Will Clarke. The Simon Doty remix is tailored made for summer and ready for the Ibiza season.

We're bringing another label debut to Danny Howard's Nothing Else Matters imprint this summer in the form of London based DJ duo, My Friend who team up with budding newcomer and rising star, Tommy Farrow, to deliver the 'Forget Nothing' EP. Hurtling onto the scene back in 2018 when label boss, Danny Howard crowned them his 'Future Fire', My Friend have gone on to produce on various projects together, played around the world and released on some of the most respected labels in the industry. Tommy Farrow on the other hand, has catapulted through the Dance ranks following on from the overwhelming success of his debut EP on Stress Records which became a staple across many AAA DJ's sets and received high praise from Radio heavyweights Danny, MistaJam, Jaguar, Annie Mac and Pete Tong who all supported the record. The 'Forget Nothing' EP, draws on each artist's unique style and sound, blurring the lines of House, Techno and Progressive and drawing on modernised 90's and 00's euphoric Trance influences. Showcasing uplifting melodies, driving depths, powerful synth patterns, crisp percussion, commanding basslines and hypnotic vocal cuts, the 'Forget Nothing' EP offers two stellar productions that are perfect both for the streaming market and the dancefloor alike. Jody Wisternoff & James Grant release 'Blue Space', the third single off Jody's upcoming LP 'Nightwhisper'. 

Written the week following label festival Anjunadeep Explorations, 'Blue Space' was inspired by the bittersweet emotions of the beautiful surroundings and people, coupled with the passing away of Jody's father. On the track, James reminisces "We built the track around an initial musical idea we had together, then Jinadu's beautiful vocals came later and took the track in a more optimistic but still melancholic direction". 

Nightwhisper is out May 1.
