Farid has been the owner-operator and head resident at ESL since he opened it in 1995. He has been creating amazing sonic soundscapes ever since. He has two excellent 12" records entitled Crowd Control and Dealer's Choice on ESL Music and another two, Main Ingredient and Adventures On The Green Line both on Rhythm & Culture Recordings. Farid also contributed three original tracks to The Sound Of Rhythm & Culture, a compilation from one of DC's own record labels. He also collaborates on Disco edits under Chocolate City Tracks.
