Like the calm play of shallow waters, there is a soothing elegance to the new designs of H2OP that disclose nature's most gentle side. The production feels lighter, and the sea the group travels is more at ease, but their fix on the horizon is as concentrated as ever.

Odete works between the fields of writing, music, performance and visual arts - her work is explicitly autobiographic, making clear the border between the personal and politics. She describes her music as a sensorial theory for a weary girlhood - a ghost warrior that becomes visible through mixing. Through transitioning. Failure, silence, brokenness, and emptiness as the basis of a queer dramaturgy of track making. She’s currently interested in paleontology and archaeology as paranoid ways of re-imagining history. She’s developing work on secret societies and the inquisition and won the ReXform award for performance art from Boca Bienal and MAAT (PT).
