Flaminia & VSK deliver three tracks of nimble and nuanced techno.

On the latest installment from Tommy Four Seven's revitalized 47 imprint, artists Flaminia and VSK join forces for the first time in a highly dynamic three-track EP, fusing searing sound design and impeccable production with haunting vocal hooks.

"Elysian" opens the release with peak-time energy that opts for textural depth over sheer intensity. Its magnetic center is a piledriving four-to-the-floor kick and finely chiseled percussion set to the backdrop of Flaminia's whisper. Her voice takes the lead on the B-side, becoming the clipped and chorus-like refrain on "Carpe Noctem"—a gnarled broken beat punctuated by distortion and psychedelic riffs. 47032 closes with "Tenebra," a breakneck drum & bass-indebted cut that combines gated synths with Flaminia's breathy vocals for a minimally constructed yet highly addictive dance track.

Maze DK (she/her) is a queer Polish DJ and producer based in Berlin. Her musical upbringing is rooted in EBM, industrial and underground punk, which heavily influences the type of techno she plays – her powerful and relentless music lifts the industrial sounds of broken machinery with an acid sprinkle on top. In her sets, she takes her listeners through dark and energetic dance rituals plunging them into a raving state of consciousness.

In a world where humans are expected to watch their fellow humans get slaughtered in silence, we, artists from around the world, shall unite in solidarity. Following an open call launched by Malaise Vagal with the support of Agressive(s), dozens of artists donated sonic artworks to help raise funds for Ibrahim Badra. Ibrahim, a 22 year old graduate from Gaza was displaced from his home and is now documenting his daily life in the refugee camp of Deir El-Balah.

We call on fans, friends and strangers to buy a track or the entire volume of the compilation to help us bring Ibrahim to safety. No amount is too big or small.

All funds will be donated to Ibrahim Badra and Agressive(s) shall report on the amounts raised weekly.
