The legendary Kerri Chandler is once again raising the stakes with his latest compilation, Kaoz Theory,out on his brand new label of the same name. The compilation features big tunes from newer names in house music such as Voyeur and Lola Purple as well as bangers from certified legends including Chez Damier, Matthias Tanzmann, Seth Troxler and The Martinez Brothers. Also featuring on the compilation is Dutch outfit Detroit Swindle, who step up with a smooth, groove-laden yet chunky house cut guaranteed to make you ball out in the club. 
Kaoz Theory is a new imprint from Kerri, with conceptual roots that run back through his love of club culture. Having already witnessed him lay down two of the most delightful hours of music at DC-10 in a back to back with Black Coffee, we can certainly recommend catching one of his sets this summer. But for now, press play on the sweet sounds of Detroit Swindle's Ballin!

Premiere: Detroit Swindle - Ballin

Ruhig comes back after one year with Particles Ep as first instalment of a double ep on Midgar. The record opens with Particles, an atmospheric detroit influenced cut made out of synthlines dropping like voodoo spells, epic pads and fragmented beats. Eddying follows up with a more direct approach to the dancefloor, 4/4 stomping beat and thin hi-hats backed by lasers and passionate ambiances. Etere on the B-side gives the records an halfway breath, sounds like a late afternoon walk in the fields of a southern countryside village (with constructions going on somewhere nearby), before to start again with the sweet and eerie Perle, where droney pinching drums are flooded by a swarm of dreamy fireflies. Idiom to close the ep with a fast syncopated cut, showing the approach of Ruhig to any form of musical expression and genre, far from traditional ambient or deep techno and going further, to reach out daring and more demanding levels.

Hailing from Buenos Aires, Pulse One delivers 5 intense cuts with A Mirror From The Past Ep, as the newest addition to the Natch catalogue. First track 'They' is an obsessive cut made of haunting synthlines, and thin hihats, followed by 'We': a stomping and distorted kickstorm anathemised by ghostly vocals. 'You' on the Bside is a broken drum-atic piece of techno, where a long and utterly epic riff, brings cinematographic vibes to the record. The atmosphere moves back to the dancefloor with the slightly lo-fi 'Me', an extreme roller backed by cowbells and sidereal winds. To close the release, as epilogue of this solemn trip, the ambient, eerie 'All Of Us' evokes melodies of a ceremonial march towards the unknown.
