Cave Story - Moonsong Remix - Moon Rhapsody

A cool remix of the Sectonia boss battle theme from Kirby Triple Delux with a twist of an electronic drum set played in a kind of a hip hop-ish fashion with a sample of the Hang Chastel theme from Sonic Heroes mixed together. 

This was quite a fun dish to make! Enjoy! :D

This is all the songs i did for the game, the game has music from multiple composers.
Originally, i was only supposed to make 2 songs for the game, since the game was going to be a lot shorter, but Chair decided to extend it, so a lot of new songs had to be made.
I really like the gameplay, so i'm glad that it got made into a full polished game, it was pretty interesting to make music around the mechanics, because having rhythm-based gameplay gimmicks actually changes the way you have to compose the songs a lot, think about drums for example, you really have to make sure that every beat is "feelable" so that the player knows when their shots are more powerful, personally, i see this as a limitation i need to work around, i think it worked out pretty well, i'm happy with how the songs turned out, but my personal favourite is Yuuto's theme, because i have fond memories of it.
...Also, naming the tracks was fun, i love giving quirky games quirky song titles.

Boss - I'm Going All In!

Here it is, everybody's favourite Xenoblade song! With how popular it is, I'm surprised that this hasn't been done yet. (MIDI-slaps, you don't count.) I've always thought that some parts of the original song sounded Touhou-y in terms of composition, and that's how I got the idea for this arrange. I started with the chorus, since that's the section that I thought sounded the most Touhou. I figured that HSiFS/VD style would work best for this song (mostly cause' guitars). When making this arrange, I specifically had Okina and Narumi's themes in mind as inspiration.

I also added a really big piano solo!
Itsuna is a very special character very dear to my heart, so i wanted to remake her theme again, but with my current skill level, without sacrificing what made the original good
