I have a lot of faith that people can be strong enough to recognize where they have done (or are doing) harm and make sincere amends. I also believe that people have the power to heal and forgive wrong doings. It takes great strength to walk together through the fire of our pains and come out the other end holding hands, recognizing and honoring our differences while acknowledging and celebrating our similarities.  

May everyone get a chance to break bread together, enjoy some wine, and share some laughs.

It has been a long hard year for everyone and emotions have been high. From despair over loss, to fear of not being able to repair our lives and anger because not enough was done to lessen the possibility of paying this price because too many haven't wanted to believe it was happening.  This will be a year that will never be forgotten and the repercussions have only begun to be felt. We will never be the same again no matter how much we pretend we won't have to create a new normal. The year 2019 was the last year of 'Good old Days' which is my next piece of music.

Huge thanks to Jeff! He puts up with a lot. I 'm not always the easiest person to work with ... ha,ha. I'm so happy to have my former student, Thomas, bringing the energy with his fine guitar work. When I am writing this stuff he IS the sound that I hear in my head! 
On thing I like about this track is the personality that each musician  brings to it. I really let each of them put their personal spin into the musical arrangement and I'm very happy with the results. I know the sound/style is a bit dated but I love the cathartic energy that the music exudes.

Track shows a very delicate theme and a quite hard-riffed part, both alternating and finally flowing up to an endless symphonic dream (words are half a poem I wrote previously (not these, but lyrics below)).

Eventually you'll be able to make a living, working at home, doing what you love. That sure sounds great! Hey, if you believe that we are that good and you want to mix our music then we are very flattered and thankful for your support. However, we don't want a transaction like that to take away from our friendship with you and we also just like to take time to create our own music.... that's part of the fun for us. We don't really have plans to be famous or make money with music. We are merely a small family living out in the woods, in a small town, in a small state in a small region that is called New England, USA. .....that's all.
