After doing a special feature on Ryuichi Sakamoto in tribute, I felt inspired to create another instrumental piece. From now on, I will divide my updates into two categories: Instrumentals on Wednesdays and Vocal tracks on Sundays, with two updates per week. To think that a family from a little town in CT. USA is working with this outstanding guitarist from France is truly overwhelming! He helped this track out in so many ways....this song might not have happened without him.


The Song: This track has been a long time coming! This was actually one of the first original songs that we did....we just could never ever get it right...finally with the help of SpeedMike .....now in it's third incarnation here it is!

Will I lose my soul in this garden?

Is the knowledge of good and evil the curse of mankind? Of course drawing from the story of our creation, this song describes how despite what we may be feeling at any given time, each and every decision we make has a real consequence. Sometimes long lasting feelings of guilt and despair imprison us forever. Temptation is strong.....Will you lose your soul in this garden?



Bills Note: So this is one of the first original songs we started doing at gigs. We originally just wanted to do a few gigs here and there at restaurants and stuff and we basically did all covers until I came up with this song. Truthfully you wouldn't even recognize the original version....it has come so far! We recorded the early version and I just could not get it right. I mixed it, I re-mixed it, I re-re-mixed, I re-arranged it ... and finally I threw it away in despair..... 
Years later along comes SpeedMike....I hear his guitar sound... his melodic style ...and well inspiration strikes! Here it is.

Eventually you'll be able to make a living, working at home, doing what you love. That sure sounds great! Hey, if you believe that we are that good and you want to mix our music then we are very flattered and thankful for your support. However, we don't want a transaction like that to take away from our friendship with you and we also just like to take time to create our own music.... that's part of the fun for us. We don't really have plans to be famous or make money with music. We are merely a small family living out in the woods, in a small town, in a small state in a small region that is called New England, USA. .....that's all.
