Sus is an independent music producer and rap artist from White Plains, NY currently based in Atlanta GA.
His music is melodic, moody and hip, with a charismatic and artistic flow. Akin to the likes of a Kanye West, Kid Cudi or Chance the Rapper, but with a grit that stays true to his NY rap roots! One of the things that make his artistry special is his unique international background, having experienced life in places like Liberia, and Sierra Leone add a true grit and . In fact, he had seen much more of the world by the age of 17 than most people do in a whole lifetime!
He absorbed so many cultural influences along the way, and they all made their way into his music, in addition to rap influences like Tupac, Gucci Mane, etc!
Sus stands out for songs that are a great example of his uncommon lyrical prowess, as well as production ability lacing heavy grooves and infectious melodies. Passion is the first element in his mix of genuine lyrics and powerful beats, and listeners will certainly notice from the get go.
