Henk started working in nightclubs at an early age, there he was getting impressed by DJ's and their skills. After working in various clubs, he eventually ended in the famous after- club Zino in Tilburg, the Netherlands. There he met DJ Francois, who became his mentor and teached him all the tricks of the trade.

In 2006, management of club Zino, gave him the opportunity to take his first steps in the DJ scene. For the three years to come, he would hit the decks every Saturday and often Sundays, until the legendary club Zino literally caught fire in 2009.

As of that moment he started his search for the house style that would fit him best. When DJ Francois introduced him as one of the ZINO residences, he knew that “CLASSIXS" was the style he wanted to render to the audience.

This revelation resulted in lots of bookings at unique clubs and festivals, such as; Zino, Crystal Venue, Highstreet, Hemkade, Decibel Outdoor, Harmony of Hardcore, Dream Village, The Qontinent, Pussy Lounge, Flashback, The Classixs and many more…!

Nowaxx is also responsible for several succesfull productions together with artists such as DJ Francois and DJ Pat B. 4 of his productions climbed the hardstyle.com charts, reaching the number 1 position. As of 2014 his productions will be released on several big labels like Basic Movements,P.O.W., Pussy Lounge & Foolish!

So if you want to party hard, Nowaxx is the right man for the job!
