Astonead was born and raised in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He raised himself as his parents were separated in his childhood. In his teenage years, he grew an interest in various art forms which he cultivated into a broad set of skills. This ranged from graphics design to music, and everything in between. Though primarily inspired by Canadian hip-hop acts Tory Lanez and Drake, his sound also draws influence from contemporary New York and Urban Desi styles. He aims to make his mark as one of the most distinctive musicians in the Jersey Shore.
