May i feel it through - hold a healing frequency for me. It has helped me stay with my heavy painful emotions rather than numb, escape or bypass them. 

I use it as a chant, prayer, song or just something to listen to as a guided meditation when i am feeling a lot (over-stimulation) or really nothing (numbness, flight or freeze). It takes me deep into my heart and cracks it open every time. I hope it can be as calming, soothing, enriching & regulating for your mind, body, heart, soul and energy, as it is for mine. 

Use this healing frequency, chant or prayer to enter into the depths of your being to meet, accept and celebrate all parts of you. May it relax your mind and body, heal your vagus nerve, activate your parasympathetic response and ease your suffering. 

My intention with this is - may it be a sacred vibration of deep soothing, relieving, softening & surrendering into your being. may it guide you through painful memories, unsettling anxiety & all the pain (individual + collective) to go deeper within instead of numbing, escaping or bypassing.

And, may the benefits of this go to each and every sentient being across all timelines and spaces.

From the very beginning, this track fascinated me to such an extent that a melody immediately appeared in my head. In a burst of self-confidence, I asked the Master for the file of this song so that I could put my melodic ideas into it, just like I did with Donak RV's song https://soundcloud.com/r-u-r-pl/duo-melodica-rur-nylon-guitar-remix. And the strangest thing is, he willingly agreed to my idea!
So I tried it and here we are. It's been a while since then, but I think I've finally finished it. I sincerely hope that you will like the effect of this cooperation.

Please enjoy my latest offering to you all. It is another seagoing inspired track. Over the years I have seen many deep ocean whales in their natural setting but only once have I seen a pod and it was awesome. There must of been at least twenty of them spread across the bow at distance. I immediately reported my sightings to the captain who immediately stopped engines.  He went on to explain that in this situation you have two choices you can go hard to starboard or port depending on our postion relative to the whales course or simply stop the engines and take in the view explaining the chances of seeing another pod this large is very remote. this all happened long before smartphones came along so we had no way of recording the event. This took place when I was nineteen and I am now 71 and it is a memory that has stayed with me all these years. So I say to all our fantastic young people .... You are at the stage in your life were you are creating your memories .... .don't waste a minute. Thank you all for the great support you give me.... love and peace..
