When creating the original song I had in mind that a few days before Christmas I left Berlin from a business trip after a very stressful day with a lot of meetings, telephone conferences and last minute activities thinking about 1000 things that I should keep in mind within my projects for 2020.

I had about 4 hours to travel homewards after this hectic day, wrote a lot of things down to keep it in mind, answered some last mails. After a while the world slowed down and I thought about arriving at home within the next hours. And I thought about coming Christmas and New Year with only my wife an me.

And I got more and more relaxed and was very happy about that what was done in 2019, but also about the very slow time following now.

I remembered that day when I wrote this song.

Without knowing the above story Ryan made some remix, that anyhow mirrored this situation, and when I told him about the story he made some additional changes and with that he put the missing pepper and salt to the song, now also reflecting the speed I came from and the slowness that I expected for the coming days.
