Diego Gutiérrez es un cantautor cubano. Su obra es un referente actual de la Canción Cubana Contemporánea, de la trova, de la música alternativa y de Fusión Tropical en la isla y más allá de sus fronteras.
Sus canciones y su discografía son una muestra de la variedad y personalidad conque este artista musical cubano afronta sus letras y su música, influenciada por la tradición y las nuevas tendencias internacionales.
Ha compartido el escenario en giras y conciertos con importantes cantautores cubanos como Carlos Varela, DavidTorrens, Santiago Feliú, Frank Delgado, Gerardo Alfonso, entre otros.
Su primer disco de estudio De cero obtuvo dos premios Cubadisco en las categorías Mejor álbum de Trova-Pop-Rock y Mejor Videoclip por su canción En la Luna de Valencia .
