We're now on GD's exclusive premiere of  the title track of 'Subsequence' by Joal, an upcoming release on the multi-faceted label Constant Circles. This hard hitting, tech house track is built on an atmosphere of raw, industrial soundscapes and plunging drops. The end result is a dark but grungy sound hard enough to penetrate walls and deliver some massive dancefloor vibrations.

Invisible Limits is the first release on brand new label X/OZ, an extension of the artist Exos in his role as both a producer and curator. The six track EP includes tracks from some of Exos' closest collaborators through the years, among others a song by his father, Octal, who has been collaborating in music with Exos since late 90'. Octal Industries, aka Ruxpin, a lifetime collaborator, family friend and an original member of Thule records also contribute to the release. Icelandic musical prodigy Bjarki appears under his alias Gurk, featuring a track which has been one of Exos favorite through the years. Both Exos and Bjarki have been on the трип label since the very beginning. Last but not least, the mystikal Soschla, a Russian upcoming artist who made some waves already and will be a part of some upcoming releases on X/OZ. Invisible Limits features six face-melting tracks that range from woozy dark soundscapes to experimental acid and eerie drum sequences. The unique, rugged environment of Iceland is a fundamental element and platform for Exos in his creation and selection. Although his music clearly mirrors this whirling yet prosperous breeding ground, the juxtaposition might become too one-dimensional. The unfathomable merging of the elements is nearer to the mind-Invisible Limits. The release is set for vinyl in June 20th 2017 with a digital release to follow this fall.

Premiere: Sourmash - Pilgrimage To Paradise (Spektre Re-Mash)

Cooked up with a more melodic vibe and fusing elements of house and techno, Dense & Pika’s latest outing on Drumcode offers something different compared to their previous work. There is still that vintage feel to each of the tracks with analogue sounds and arrangements born and developed from experimental studio jams. Indeed, ‘Suki’ heavily utilizes the distinct harmonic tones of the Dave Smith Prophet 8 keyboard. While ‘Little Sun’ - A staple of D&P performances over the last three months - delivers a more classic Drumcode sound. ‘Lanky’ closes out the release with an infectious slab of wonderfully wonked-out raw funk.

M.O.N.R.O.E. keep the tracks elements at bay with an air of minimalism as he transforms the track into a tech-house machine. Venturing into afterhour territory is Anthony Georges Patrice, laying pads out under the percussions to give the track a dreamy warmth and smoothness. The Elevate label welcomes John Arial for its next EP, a three track release that shows off his unique tech house sound. Spanish artist Arial has ties to the label as well as the mighty Tronic and is really making waves with his emotive club sounds.

Up first here is Nievla, a deep and moody number with smooth drums rolling away below as skewed synths bring tension and colour up top. It's a late night affair that will carry the floor away. Storm then gets more direct and upright, with driving drums and frazzled pads forming the basis of the tune. Inventive synth patterns and chords then evolve up top and make for something dramatic and full of feeling.

Last of all, Yuvia is a chunky cut that is rooted in deepness. Spine tingling pads and rainy melodies fill the arrangement up top and the whole thing is like a post-storm bit of calm that really sucks you in.

This is another fine release from John Arial that continues to mark him out from the crowd.
