An extended re-work of our very first track Mumtaz featuring the angelic voice of Preeti Uttam taken from our self-titled debut album. 

This rework was for a presentation to raise awareness of the plight that the original Bombay Talkies Film Studio is in. All that exists is the faced whilst businesses have sprung up in the grounds. There are plans to rebuild or at least preserve something for the future.

Debo Sanyal a young and upcoming producer from Pune's latest release 'Bob and Vegeta' is a track he first conceived in early 2017. The idea originated with him being drawn to the sound of lofi(the real low fidelity sound, not the genre), metal, 80-90s radio bollywood and the audacity of our nation's creeps on social media. The story of the song revolves around the friendship between a builder and the prince of the Saiyans.

Hybrid Protocol aka Soumajit Ghosh and Aneesh Basu's latest release is the first track from their upcoming "Sounds in place - i" EP.

Titled "Prosthaan", it is part experiment and part exploration into inner and outer space with music being the vehicle transforming one's consciousness. The origin of the track began with the duo experimenting with a sine wave test tone at 440 Hz, eventully evolving it further with the use of a sampler and adding effects and glitches. In the process the sound evolved into, what they perceived as, as a signal from other-worldy beings, which is referenced in the track by the an Arnab Goswami sample, citing extra-terrestrial life.

A two-man army, Kolkata-based Soumajit Ghosh and Aneesh Basu formed Hybrid Protokol in 2015, and have been creating big room dance electronica with their unique analog set-up ever since. Heavily influenced by their love for 80s/90s electronic acts like Giorgio Moroder, Kraftwerk, Chemical Brothers, Prodigy, Orbital, Leftfield, Shpongle and Hybrid, their music drips with subversive & aggressive bass lines, funky breaks, synths and melodic arpeggiations & textures; They have also started exploring field recordings & ambient soundscapes onto their recent productions.
