Boykos is a Brussels-based DJ with a weakness for French House and Nu-Disco. 

Being a drummer with a passion for funk grooves and breakbeats, Boykos grew up listening to and producing jungle, drum & bass and hip-hop.

It was through his brother <a href="http://soundcloud.com/housetrap">Housetrap</a>, who'd been a successful house/techno artist for over a decade, that Boykos eventually got to know and understand house music. And from that moment on, he was hooked. He soon got into deejaying and started hosting his own parties around Brussels.

Boykos's sound is very much influenced by his jungle/hip-hop past, relying heavily on old soul and disco samples and uplifting melodies. With a high-powered mix of nu-disco and funky house tunes, Boykos sets out to bring the smiles back to the dance floor.
