Athens based artist Analog Trip (Kosmas Katimertzis, born 1972) Is owner of Elektrik Dreams Music Label ( www.elektrikdreamsmusic.com ) At the early age of 17 the young artist experimented with monophonic analog synthesizers, drumcomputers and vinyl , playing at local bars, and while studying at university a few years later, he became part of an Electro group called VCF, already known for their live gigs at Athens popular clubs Factory, DOM and the Wild Rose.Officially entered in the electronic scene in 1996 along with George Moog with a CD which was circulated 25.000 times by a for that period well known Dance magazin (Lemon). Since this success, which included airplay on CoolFm and LifeFm , Klik FM, Best Radio Analog Trip was referenced among many Greek artist and invited to play his sets on various old classic dance floors like Plan B, Face the music, Camel Club,Astron, Orbit, Zoo, Loop (Resident for 8 continious years) and Mommys.In the summer the artist also appeared on Paros and Naxos, Monastiri, Linardo, Santa Maria and Cafe Del Mar , Splash Naxos and among others to promote his music.Recently Analog Trip's music appeared on Gravity Recordings, featuring "Galeraki Mykonos Chillout Moods and Grooves", next to "Cafe Caprice", a more atmospheric style but none the less accompanied with his own freestyle/tribal/deep and tech sound.Has worked with artists as Nikos Diamantopoulos, Blend Mishkin, Addex, Big Al, Rishi K., George Apergis, Ilias Katelanos, Leo Mars and other.Has played in various festival as European Music Day and many other.In 2008 created his own record label called Elektrik Dreams Music and released several remixes on labels as Ready Mix , Blue Orb, Night Child, Family Grooves, Dark Pleasure , Klik and Ambiosphere

New release from EDM Underground Bourne - Runaway EP with Deep House mood and great remixes from Ilias Katelanos, Specdub and Analog Trip Bourne%%u2019s career started on the beginnig of the new millenium. In his %%u201Estudy years%%u201D, in 2003 he was first discovered in an unusual way, he created the website of the Club of Colors, and he had been worked on its operation for two years. Because of this he established many notable connections in the Hungarian night life. After another two years he came up with his own music site which had strenghten his status and gave him further networking opportunities. Along the music site he developed and operated his presence in the night life as a DJ became constant, moreover he started to make his own songs as a producer. With his high class creations he enriched several DJ%%u2019s disk case like Moshic, Tarkan, Felipe, Mihai Popoviciu, The Timewriter and Hernan Cattaneo. From the autumn of 2008 he joined the Deaf Company formation, and at the same time he established his studio at home, furthermore he became resident DJ at Pub Fiction Club in Sopron and Makambo House in Ajka. Deaf Company is a successful DJ project, within this project he is one of the DJs while he is responsible for graphic design, website editorial and for promotions. The year of 2009 gave him other challenges when he established the Oversized Records which became one of the most vanted independent e-music record label in Hungary, while internationally was considerd among well known labels. The %%u201ETalent Of The Year 2010%%u201D was the outbreak in his career, in the competition of the most popular Hungarian electronic music magazin, called Soundhead.hu. In 2013 he challenged himself again, the outcome is that he is now internationally recognized. He was the first Hungarian producer who released with his EP at i! Records which belongs to the legendary American musician and DJ, Kevin Yos t. Alongside his producer and DJ career Bourne has found his unique specialty in the music industry with live effects as he is improvizing on the DJ stage with his own sounds, loops and other elementery rhythms. For nearly three decades, Laurent Garnier has urged himself to create on the cutting edge of dance music. Beyond the turntables and studio, Garnier moves between genres and performance techniques with the aim of continuously challenging himself. Pick any moment from his musical journey, and it's easy to see this creative momentum: there was the Hacienda in the late '80s, his time spent in America exploring house, the techno of his label F Communications and his entry into the realm of jazz. Longtime friends, Laurent and Jerome talked about the possibility of releasing some of his new productions under the name Garnier. A new venture for the veteran Dj and producer, that will see him release a series of 12”s for labels such as 50 Weapons and more....

“AF 0490” is the first release in the series and showcases Garnier at his best.
Three tracks that pay their respect to the heroes of Trax, Dancemania and to the Chicago sound they helped create without any misplaced nostalgia.
“Bang (The Underground Doesn’t Stop)” is a dancefloor anthem, magnificent and pure Chicago circa 1998. “Boom (Chakolak)” takes you way back to the Southside with its gritty “footwork” 909 kicks, snares and vocal loops, massive! “Beat (Da BoxX) is a pure Garnier, Dancemania inspired techno monster. The loop is finally complete, Garnier can now hop on flight AF 0490 direct from Paris to Chicago to Bang The Box once more.

Born in 1984 in Piove di Sacco. Since I was a child I’ve been fascinated by music. I still remember when I got up stealthily at night to listen and listen again to the old cassettes in which I had captured the most particular, original and out of the box songs during the day. I spent hours and hours alternating “play” and “rewind” buttons trying to understand how that “thing” which gave me so much pleasure and made me blow into another dimension was made up. I couldn’t explain that! I thought it was impossible that a man had created something like that, it seemed me something inhuman. Time passed and during the first years of secondary school I got in touch with the music played in some local clubs such as “Spot” (Stargame) and “Teatro la Scala” (Autobahn). If I needed to find out unthinkable music, that was the answer! I had come upon the german techno-electro music of the nineties. Long strips of djs, everyone expressing himself with his own style; records looked like entrance doors through various worlds each one with the same common denominator: to pull you out from "reality". I began to collect several cassettes and I studied them nonstop.
When I was 22 years old I felt strongly attracted by djing and so I bought turntables and began to seek and collect vinyls obsessively.
Absolutely the artist who most influenced me is Monolake/Robert Henke (I think that there is nothing to add on it).
And others as Anders Ilar, Sleeparchive, Submania &amp; Ekmoah, Richie Hawtin, Quantec, Donato Dozzy and many others…
Indeed i'm very attracted by the surreal atmospheres and I try my own style among these.
In October 2006, together with my friends Enrico (Status Und) and Stefano (Oldste), I gave birth to “Thursdaysdeep”, our own crew. We are a small group of people who meet every Thursday in a little room to express themselves through music and have fun. Later many other friends, such as Enrico (Radio Live Trasmission) and Manuel (Feelfloor), started to be part of this little reality.

Field Records is to release a two-CD compilation of music from the label's artists old and new entitled simply, Collection. 

The first of three samplers features Acronym, Ben Buitendijk and Voiski. Acronym's track '16 Cygni' is a sci-fi bit of techno that is speedy, slick and intergalactic, whilst Ben Buitendijk offers up some Millsian, streamlined techno urgency with his 'Colourblind' and finally Voiski gets all elastic and industrial tinged with his whip lashing effort.

The Italian native has had a history working alongside a number of talented artists. He's the owner of the label Detune Records,founded in 2000. Brando’s releases have been picked up by the likes of Orange Groove , Kompakt , Samuvar , Dewtone Recordings , Mental Groove , Detune Records and Elettronica Romana. He has recently composed a score for the movie “La Solitudine Dei Numeri Primi”, distributed by Medusa,with the soundtrack signed by Mike Patton ,leader of Faith No More,and presented at the 67th Venice Film Festival. He currently resides in Rome, spreading experimental spiritual frequencies across the world.

Responsible for organizing the Moments event series throughout Berlin, I/Y is releasing an EP celebrating their collaboration with all the artists who performed and adhered to the Moment’s concept in the last few years. Releasing music from everyone was impossible, but the 4 tracks produced by Voiski, Blind Observatory, Schloss Mirabell, and I/Y give a solid idea of what Moments is about.

To celebrate the end of summer we looked for something special for the podcast. After searching high and low, we found a woman hiding in Odessa, Ukraine that plays dub-techno. We thought this was perfect for the Monument, to give everyone some good feelings and proper vibes. 

Olesia Elfa(@dj_elfa) is the talented dj from Odessa, Ukraine. Her musical career started in Moscow 2009. Experimenting with sounds soon she came to the various shades of techno music. Elfa is well known for her good sense of music and excellent musical taste. Now she is making moves in her own production of experimental, ambient, techno and dub techno music.

We asked for a Q&A, but she simply replied that she doesn't answer questions, that here music does the speaking.... Oh well :)

Recorded at la Gravière on the 14.09.2012, mostly playing 12". 
It is the warmup set before Xhin was playing. Started with and empty room and slowly it filled up. As all warmups, the trick is to keep tension rising while not going over the top and letting room for the headliner. So don't expect it to go harder and harder.
Mix is not so tight all the time and could've been tighter, but i didn't record anything in a long while , so i thought this one would be interesting to share. Feel free to ask for track IDs.
