Are You Ready? by Pralaya arrives as the first digital release on Sonora Destroy Records — a label
built on the idea that art should move freely, even when the world around it doesn’t.
Hailing from Saint Petersburg, this classically trained pianist turned rhythm sculptor channels
footwork’s raw pulse into something soulful, funky, and hip hop flavored. It’s music that makes
movement inevitable — experimental, emotional, and unpredictable — rooted in the Chicago tradition
but reimagined through her own voice.

The EP glides through 160 BPM territory with vocal chops, soulful layers, and basslines that swing
like they were born in a smoky Chicago basement and raised on Russian snow. Demonstrating how
the Footwork genre has become a globetrotting sound.
The legacy of footwork — born from Chicago’s streets and basements — has always been about
breaking barriers. What started as a local dance movement has evolved into a global language,
reinterpreted by producers from every corner of the world. Today, it stands as one of the most
daring and forward-thinking forces in contemporary electronic music — proof that rhythm travels
faster than borders ever could.

From her standout appearance on Hybrid Pulse Vol. 1 to this new release, Pralaya embodies the
spirit of a new underground generation — fearless, playful, and soulful.
And closing the journey, Fourtwenty Sound steps in with a jungle rework of "Lit" that flips the
story — same sounds, new chaos, same soul.

Chaos and Order is the new project from B E N N, a Taipei-based producer/ DJ and founder of label Over My Body, operating at the intersection of sound, philosophy and abstraction.

Chaos and Order is an auditory study of rupture and resonance, an experimental soundscape shaped by modern sonic fragmentation. Drawing inspiration from Taoist cosmology, B E N N weaves fractured rhythms, collapsing structures, and granular forms of digital decay to embody the shifting interplay of Yin and Yang, entropy and order in constant flux. Across the EP rhythms become rituals, and forms become states of perpetual disintegration and reassembly, where glitch is not error but in essence an aesthetic of imperfection and transformation. His work resists resolution, favoring inward collapse and constant transformation: Intimate yet conceptual, narrative driven yet defiantly non-linear. His work is continuously shifting between post-club terrains and more abstract sonic inquiry.
