حسین عزیزی مرد کهنه کار موسیقی خراسان بیش از50سال اززندگی اش راصرف خوانندگی کرده است.اومتولد سال 1322 است و درجشنواره های مختلف خوش درخشیده است. آوای دلنشین اودرفیلم "تخته سیاه" سمیرا مخملباف ازاوچهره ای جهانی ساخته است.
حسین عزیزی بارها درتالارهای تهران به اجرای موسیقی پرداخته است و کمتر کردی درخراسان است که صدای او را نشنیده باشد.
