Sardinia-born Elena inherited her father’s love of singing, particularly folk music, from a very early age, singing in church choirs and even appearing on Italian TV. By her teens, Elena was an experienced artist performing for large audiences, singing and playing guitar professionally. Since moving to the UK at the age of 18, Elena has lived in London where she co-founded and toured with the successful London Bulgarian choir. 

In 2006 she moved to Scotland where her work at the Royal Scottish Academy of Art gave her the opportunity to become fully immersed in the local music scene. She has won many awards during her career, such as the Girvan Folk Festival Open Stage Competition in 2009 and the Margot Campbell Trophy at the Royal National Mòd in 2012. Following the success of her 2010 debut album, “Journey”, she toured the UK where she became a popular personality at festivals such as the Edinburgh Fringe, Kinross-shire, Hidden Treasures and many more.
 
More recently she has performed at Bing-anee Festival in Pitlochry and in 2019 she was interviewed live on Dave Gillyeat’s ‘BBC Introducing in Oxford Programme’. Her music has featured on this program several times since. In November 2020 Elena released her long awaited new album ‘Where the Wind Blows’. This is a collection of traditional Scottish and Gaelic songs and works by famous artists such as Sting and Tom Paxton.

Stephe has a long background as a session musician, programmer & producer, working with some of the UK’s top Black artists on a wide range of released material. His programming & playing can be heard on the album "The Lick" by British Rap Band Definition Of Sound as well as two singles taken from the same album - "What R U Under" & "Can I Get Over", the former featuring in the Wesley Snipes movie "Sugar Hill". His keyboard & guitar work has graced remixes of artists including Duran Duran ("Love Voodoo") & The Soup Dragons ("Divine Thing"). He played keyboards with singer Nicki French for the UK promotion of her worldwide hit "Total Eclipse of the Heart" (including two appearances on UK chart show Top of the Pops) & performed in the globally released video promo of the same track. Summer 2003 saw 451’s track ‘Give U Love' released on an Ayia Napa themed compilation CD by the Daily Star. UK distribution was 750,000 units.

451 is the production name of Producer & multi-instrumentalist Stephe Meloy. Stephe is also a founding member of funky urban act Nu-Future. Their first single ‘I Can't Wait’ was released to critical acclaim on Warner Brothers in 2001 and garnered plays by Kiss FM’s EZ among others. They were originally managed by John Wadlow of Big Picture Management (X Manager of Seal and Heartless Crew amongst others).

In 2006, Stephe produced England World Cup Track, “Chant Like An English Fan” for London based band, The Laddz.

Stephe is currently returning to music after a self-imposed hiatus and has just recently completed a remix for Chase & Status' new single, 'Time'.

Stephe is currently working with Propellerheads Reason+Record package and loving every minute of it!

He is currently looking for spec remix work to flex his newly rejuvenated musical muscles.

About me........ I have grown up in the 80s so my influence is golden...mainly touched by artists like Sade, Cameo &amp; Roy Ayers in my early days then inspired by Aaliyah's albums with timbaland's works, SWV, Michael Jackson, Teddy Riley and after that the House and Garage scene took be away and i ended up DJing non stop all over London sending out Vibes from : MAW, jeremy Sylvester, Tuff Jam, Antill Mob, 95 North e.t.c. (you get the picture ;)) These combinatons of influences and experiences have vastly drawn my attention to the works of The Neptunes (Pharrell Williams &amp; Chad Hugo), Great musicians in every way and very cool flows to live by......
