(In a flash of static and darkness, Mike disappears...)
S: * W-Wait! Come back here, you coward! Tell us how we can get to the fountain!! ... damn, how does he do that?!

It's Mike!
I imagine him as a jaded, grumpy drifter who hires himself off to fountain-guarding leaders to carry out inter-Dark-World tasks, meaning he crosses paths with the party across several chapters (you even get his Dark World phone number eventually). Poor guy's been through a lot, so his demeanor speaks for itself. He was Tenna's assistant once upon a time, but it seems their relationship has soured...

Mike's able to teleport between most Dark Worlds due to his Light World equivalent being radio wave emissions, making him a bit of a "phantom."

Also good lord 5/4 is a nightmare to work with LMAO
