Mad Dummy was still going to serve as a tutorial of sorts, but a little bit more of an engaging one. The fight was going to end with the player surrounded by knives as Asgore walked back in to see what was taking so long. In a fearful, sudden reaction, he threw a ball of fire at Mad Dummy, setting it ablaze as it cartoonishly flailed around.

Before anyone asks the question, we had no concrete plans to incorporate Mad Mew Mew. That boss fight released during development and not every team member was on board with trying to fit her in.

009 - Sing your Foes Away!

What?! Two bonus boss themes in a row?! That's right! This is Hostar's battle theme for Longprose Chapter 3! This song may sound familiar to some, but for those who don't recognise this, this is an old take on Deltarune Chapter 3's final battle theme that I made way before the Spamton Sweepstakes, back when we thought Mike was gonna be the main antagonist

Also just to be clear, Longprose is NOT related to Undertale/Deltarune. I'm gonna keep making this clear until people stop putting Longprose songs in their Undertale/Deltarune playlists. It's like calling Undertale an Earthbound fangame, and you wouldn't put an Undertale song in an Earthbound playlist, would you? (well, maybe besides Fallen Down because that was originally made for an Earthbound fan project)
