Mad Dummy was still going to serve as a tutorial of sorts, but a little bit more of an engaging one. The fight was going to end with the player surrounded by knives as Asgore walked back in to see what was taking so long. In a fearful, sudden reaction, he threw a ball of fire at Mad Dummy, setting it ablaze as it cartoonishly flailed around.

Before anyone asks the question, we had no concrete plans to incorporate Mad Mew Mew. That boss fight released during development and not every team member was on board with trying to fit her in.

✦ [Team I has ran a full rotation on the first ring, and have encountered a massive wall blocking their path!]
✦ [Team I looks at the top of the wall, a cackling noise can be heard.]
✦ [A little spark of what looks like lightning flies over the wall and lands on the floor, bouncing like a ball.]
✦ [The noise continues, a sound of a woman from the other side of the wall.]
✦ [Another spark flies over the wall, bouncing with the other.]
✦ [And another... And another...]
✦ ???: YYAHHAHAHA!! SILLY LITTLE THINGS AREN'T THEY?!
✦ ???: Little focused points of Recvn Energy that bounce like rubber! HAH!
✦ [A loud thud rumbles the wall and the area around you.]
✦ [And another one.]
✦ [Crashing through, the lady breaks through the wall!]
✦ (Holy-... She's MASSIVE!)
✦ [Sylense grins, cackling.]
✦ (Arashi...)
✦ Arashi: AYUH! SHUT YOUR TRAP, CHILD! I know I've got some weight on me, but I am NOT MASSIVE!
✦ [Arashi slams the floor and sends a shockwave of raw Recvn Energy outwards, shocking all three members of Team I.]
✦ Arashi: That's an interesting little power you have there, kid!
✦ [Arashi tilts her glasses down and stares at Ruby with her dark green and black eyes. She looks insane.]
✦ Arashi: Mind if I booooorrow it?!
✦ [Arashi's Sentinel floats out from behind her, laughing with her.]
✦ [Her Sentinel, 'Kiss', appears to just be a massive pair of lips with sharp, gold teeth.]
✦ Arashi: Y'HEAR THAT, KISS?! THAT ONE WAS FUNNY WASN'T IT!
✦ Kiss: YUHUHUH! THAT WAS COMEDIC MISS ARASHI! 
✦ Arashi: YAAHAHA! "BORROW"!
✦ [The entire crew looks confused on why they think that's so funny.]
✦ [Arashi cackles, sticking her tongue out.]
✦ [She leans down closer to the crew.]
✦ Arashi: I'll let you in on a little SECRET.... SHHH...
✦ Arashi: We maaay or may not... Nah. We may have to kill you to borrow that power of yours! 
✦ Kiss: YUHUH! YUHUH! YUH! WHAT SHE SAID!
✦ [The crew stands their ground and glares at Arashi.]
✦ Sylense: Hm.. And what makes you think you're so capable of that?
✦ [Ruby's eyes flicker and glow.]
✦ (-And what if we stop that from happening, by chance?)
✦ [Arashi backs up, smiling and cackling.]
