Back in 2014, I went to Nantes to play in a sweaty basement where the DJ booth was an extension of the bar. I was invited by the Voiceless guys Alëx and Thomy who I remained good friends with since then. They opened a cool wine-bar called 303 in their hometown. What’s your musical 'guilty pleasure'?
Don’t really believe in guilty pleasures, but If anything I guess Persian dance-pop from the 80s and 90s that reminds me of my childhood.

Well, its my name so I guess that’s the backstory haha

What’s the best thing you’ve ever got for free?
I would say education

Maybe annoying people with talking/bad jokes?

Where's your current favourite place(s) in the world (and why)?
Körner Park in Berlin is nice during summer as well as some places in Rydsgård, Sweden. But it’s not summer now, so I would say our living room in our apartment, it has a nice view.

Any other passions besides music?
I enjoy playing basketball a lot as well as cooking

What’s something you’re proud of about yourself?
My ability to procrastinate

Almost 4 years to the day, our Breathecast crawled forth from the primordial soup, and since its miraculous conception, it has provided us with 23 splendid audio recordings from artists across the globe. 

Today it continues to give, with its 24th mixtape coming from French crate digger, Laure. Her mixing prowess and penchant for niche and rare sonicisms has established her as a revered DJ in the ears of those who know. She also recently set up a label, Pitched Peach, with the first release coming soon from Darwin Chamber.

For our second episode, we invited a good friend from Brasil.

@rsamsc is a project created by Rogério Soares member and resident of the Vedana Records, where he seeks the most refined sentiment of his listeners, currently focusing his research on minimalist sounds with energetic grooves and expressive melodies developing a unique atmosphere at each presentation. He plays a big scene in the region of São Paulo, where he and the crew from Vedana, did a series of parties together with great artists such as, Gene On Earth.

Number #3 is from a very good friend from the UK.
@samuelpadden is a self confessed music junkie with 5 years under his belt in experience and is now coming to fruit in his productions. Intelligent forward thinking dance music is what he is promoting, taking inspiration from all corners of electronic music and making it his own. He also has a flair for selection and digging seemingly mixing electro house techno and minimal from new to old and everything in between. In 2018 he released his first records in labels like MINERAL and Girasole Records, witch was supported and played by Evan Baggs. In 2019 and 2020 he released new records in labels such as Threads, Tone Dropout and Sol Azylum.

Big man from the west coast of Portugal, a long time in business and former member of the collective Bloop recordings.
5 years ago he dedicated himfself to his Luhk project, releasing music from labels such as Scenario, Quality Vibe and one of the Portuguese references, Carpet & Snares.
Currently focused on his publisher Cross Over (Bandcamp Only), and his live performances, he delivers this podcast influenced by his roots, house, techno, minimal and trance.
