Literatura is Ukrainian artist Alex Kasianov, a master of organic and afro house that uses live instruments and vocals to create a unique and authentic sound. Over the past year, he has worked with the Stereo MCs, Floyd Lavine, DJ Chus and many more on labels like Poesie Musik, A Tribe Called Kotori and many more. Lazarusman, meanwhile, is a Johannesburg native who has solidified his status as one of the most influential artists in South Africa’s dance music scene. He has released on this label, Get Physical and Freerange and has collaborated with Joris Voorn, Soul Clap, and Bookashade, to name just a few. Between them, this pair strike gold with this new single.



The superb 'Story Of Our Lives' has a deep, rolling Afro-house sound with cultured drums that really stand out. The well-crafted synths bring a serene and futuristic feel, and next to the dancing jazz keys that imbue the track with meaningful and uplifting emotions, Lazarusman's vocals are the icing on the cake—the spine-tingling element that elevates the whole track to new levels of life-enriching joy. An Instrumental mix strips things back to the core elements to make for something just as engaging but a little more direct.
