about:river return to Bespoke Musik after a brilliant radio show mix earlier this year with a four-song suite that folds living-room intimacy into widescreen motion. What begins as a whisper opens onto a horizon of warm analog textures and patient, dance-literate grooves. The Estonian father-and-son duo, Oleg and Ervin, trade phrases across a 24-year bridge, letting melody lead and rhythm arrive when the story needs to move. It's electronic music with a pulse you can feel and a tenderness you don't often hear—cinematic, human, and quietly hopeful, triumphant.

The new EP reads like a short film in four scenes. Piano sketches become themes, clarinet replies become memories, and the synths color everything with tape-warm glow. about:river's gift is how they keep the arrangements breathable: small details carry real weight; space does the talking as much as the drums. Each track begins close to the skin and then widens, turning private moments into shared momentum—music for the room you're in and the night you're heading toward.

This is storytelling you can dance to. The duo's acoustic threads—clarinet, piano—anchor the heart; their analog machines pull the horizon closer. Numbred started exploring electronic music in the early 2000s. A pivotal moment in his career was being selected as one of the lucky few in a DJ competition organized by Free IA (Interactive Forum), which allowed him to perform within the legendary walls of Home. This experience laid the foundation for the coming years, enabling him to perform at numerous venues across Hungary.
In the 2010s, he became a regular part of the Hello Sundays show on Justmusic.Fm, and after the station closed, he continued with weekly guest appearances on Prime.Fm.
Over the years, his musical style evolved significantly. Initially, he was drawn to Progressive House, but the sound and influence of the All Day I Dream label, launched by Lee Burridge, made a profound impact on him. Today, he represents the world of Melodic and Organic House, while occasionally revisiting Progressive House in his sets.
Throughout his career, he has performed at iconic events and venues, including the Sziget Festival, and regularly plays at some of Budapest’s most popular spots, such as 360 Bar, Esetleg Bisztró, Akvárium Terasz, and Pavilon Bar. He is also a resident DJ for the S/ALON Budapest and Konyha exhibitions.
For the past three years, he has been part of the Balatonica Radio team, where his own show, When The Night Falls, airs on Saturday evenings, captivating listeners with its unique atmosphere.
