About our Guest:
Hailing from Baltimore, but residing in LA for over 10 years is Body Tools co-founder DJ Economy. As both a producer and DJ, he explores a range of styles while always channeling an ear for percussion and jazzy gritty grooves with the off kilter sounds of IDM, Jungle, and Deep House.

About the Show:
Body Tools Sessions is a live audio video broadcast that happens on the First Saturday of every month from 1pm to 4pm PST on the VPN network. Each episode features a mix by a Body Tools resident on the first hour and a half, and then a special guest mix is featured on the second hour and a half. Once the stream is finished we always post the videos and audio the following week to our archive on SoundCloud, YouTube, & Vimeo.

Hailing from Hong Kong, Adrianna takes a trance-inducing approach to music, embracing a diverse range of genres. Her enchanting selections are defined by captivating depth, ethereal textures, and an element of unpredictability. Seamlessly navigating deep techno and industrial sounds, she artfully incorporates groove-infused breaks, bass, minimal, and electro, delivering sophisticated, layered sets.

Adrianna’s DJing has made her a regular on the local scene and across Asia, performing at esteemed venues like Groundless Factory in Beijing, Social Room and OMA in Hong Kong, Hachi in Tokyo, Mirage in Hanoi, Aurora in Guangzhou, and more. Her versatility and artistry have solidified her reputation in the region.

Beyond her performances, Adrianna is the co-founder of Goldway, an underground collective 
based in Hong Kong. She plays an active role in shaping its visual and musical direction while contributing to its growth through her appearances and creative input.

Quality music since 2002!

I started in the music business as Da Buzz in 2002 in Germany and hosted several parties from 50 up to 5000 people and travelled the weekends to several cities from 2002 to 2011, and played with several high performance DJ's in the local german Techno scene.

Made a small break from music between 2012 and 2014 during a work transition from Germany to USA.

In 2014 I made a small came back to Germany and performed at several events with big Names in the House music industry like DJ Hooligan at a big event that we hosted in my Hometown.

In 2017 I moved again from Germany to USA, but this time for good.
Here in Greenville, SC I found the love for house music again

Known as DJ Buzze now, I played at several events and local establishments around Greenville SC and started HOUSE PALOOZA Events in 2023 and turned it into Groove Greenville in 2024 to plan bigger events and bring DJ's together from different states.

I'm a dj based in Bristol, uk but pretty much play all over the country on occasion.  I have supported the likes of Dreadzone, Lab4 and others. I play regularly at Ripsnorter and various other parties. I stream regularly on muckfm.co.uk. I also play at a number of festivals including Secret Garden Party, Chalfest and Glastonbury. My basic premise is if it makes the floor move and I can get it in I'll play it. I have been djing since 1984 and am still loving it now!!!

Once on the decks its hard to get me off and I have been to known to do the odd 10 hr set!!

宀 is a music venue in the very heart of Hong Kong focused on bringing people together through carefully selected electronic music acts and cultural activities. The 100-capacity venue will bring a roster of leading international performers while nurturing local and regional talent.

宀 (pronounced "mihn" is the Chinese Radical 40 with a different pronunciation according countries. It has no literal meaning but can be likened to a roof or shelter. This is a place where you can express yourself freely. This place is for dancing. This is a place to learn. This is safe space where you will not be harassed, discriminated, criticised or harmed emotionally or physically. This is a place where all Races, Genders and Sexual identities are welcome. To safeguard this vision, there will be a no-photo policy applied inside the club.

宀 has been imagined by a group of music and audiophile enthusiasts who have chosen a Funktion One soundsystem in a room carefully engineered by one of the region's leading experts in acoustics.

「宀」是一個位於香港中心地帶的全新音樂場地，宗旨在於希望能夠透過精心挑選的電子音樂以及其他文化藝術活動，將人們聚集起來。這個能夠容納100人左右的場地，不只將帶來國際型的表演者，也將會成為亞太區、本地菁英的培育地。

「宀」這個中文字的部首在不同國家有不同的發音，在字形上像是一個屋頂、一個藏身處。這是一個你/妳可以自在表現自己的地方。這是一個你/妳可以盡情跳舞的地方。這是一個你/妳可以找尋人生的地方。這是一個歡迎所有種族、性別、性傾向認同的地方。為了保護這樣的宗旨，在這裡禁止所有拍照攝影的行為。
