Derk-Jan Dijk is Professor of Sleep and Physiology and Director of the Surrey Sleep Research Centre. He will be speaking at the Nutrition Society's Winter Conference on Sleep, Obesity and Metabolic Disease held jointly with the Royal Society of Medicine in London, 8 - 9 December, 2015.
