Udible nightingales, frogs, crickets and scops owls, also car traffic on a regional road and some freight train passing on a railway line at distance. Relaxing music and slight ASMR of nature sounds recorded in nature around where I live here south of Oslo. From the forest outside my place and the shores by one of the many hikes by the seaside in Moss. (More places to come later).

ORTF Field Recording Session 16/10/2025 in the Lagastrello Pass using Lewitt LCT 440 microphones in ORTF setup with Zoom F3 recorder. The Lagastrello Pass is a mountain pass in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines (Italy), located at 1,198 meters above sea level, connecting Lunigiana (Tuscany) with the provinces of Parma and Reggio Emilia. It lies within the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park and is nearby Lake Paduli. The microphones were positioned in a woodland creek within a dry stream bed. The day was quite windy, and the autumn foliage colors of the trees ranged from yellow to deep red.

ORTF Lagastrello Pass Field Recording Session 16/10/2025

ORTF Field Recording Session 16/10/2025 in the Calamone Lake using Lewitt LCT 440 microphones in ORTF setup with Zoom F3 recorder. The Calamone lake is of glacial origin and lies at an altitude of approximately 1,400 meters. It is fed by three natural springs and is the largest natural lake in the province of Reggio Emilia (Italy). Its outlet, the Lonza River, is a tributary of the Enza River. It is surrounded by extensive beech and conifer forests in excellent condition. On the shores, there is a cluster of silver fir trees. During the recording the autumn foliage colors of the trees ranged from yellow to deep red. The microphones were placed near a woods path just above the lake, some hikers passing by on the path can be heard.

Every piece I release is more than sound it’s a moment, a memory, a story told through emotion. Inspired by video games, movies, and the highs and lows of youth, my music explores grief, love, loss, peace, growth, and self-reflection. I create music for those who feel deeply for the gamers who find beauty in silence, the dreamers with questions in their chest, the night owls seeking comfort at 3 a.m. My sound is cinematic, ambient, emotional, and always personal.

Electronic musician from Norway. I started playing piano/keyboards in the mid 80s. After a few years at the municipal music school, I quickly grew tired of the simple piano-only education and got to move on to classes with keyboards and synths. From the early beginning with Technics K-200 rhythm keyboard from 1983 via some Casios/Hohner keyboards, I evolved with the later Technics KN-1000 and KN-2000 before moving on to Roland XP-50. As the computer revolution made DAWs affordable, 1999 made sequencing using Cubase easy and the studio grew ever larger with more outboard gear. Today the studio has become a sizeable and functional MIDI/arranging studio with over 40 synths/modules and more centered around a MacPro with MOTU’s Digital Performer, and numerous more or less famous productions.

I have always had a musical approach towards sound engineering and composing, rooted mainly in vivid harmonic structures and saturated compositions. Inspiration has always been the likes of Jean Michel Jarre, Vangelis, Eric Serra to name a few giants in the electronic scene, but also a heart towards well produced pop music from the 70s and 80s as well as epic film scores from John Williams, Alan Silvestri and Hans Zimmer. The baby era of computer music from the late 80s and early 90s was also a heavy influence.
