Devon James is a Boston-bred DJ, producer, event promoter, and record label owner. His passion for music and tireless work ethic have made him a staple in the underground dance music community. 

With a career defined by versatility and a commitment to pushing boundaries, Devon has shared the stage with iconic figures like Kerri Chandler, Honey Dijon, Derrick Carter, Moodymann, Nicole Moudaber, as well as today's heavy hitters, including Skrillex, Diplo, Chris Lake, The Black Madonna, Soul Clap, etc.

Devon’s journey began with a deep-rooted love for music, passed down from his musically inclined family and fostered through his formal training. This foundation laid the groundwork for his evolution into a versatile artist who seamlessly blends from one genre to another. 

As the driving force behind RVDIOVCTIVE, Devon merges music, culture, and community. What began as underground warehouse parties in Brooklyn has grown into a well known and respected , curating events that celebrate diversity, creativity, and inclusivity. Devon’s curatorial vision is to unite people through music and elevate the underground dance music experience. 

Devon’s story is one of relentless passion, dedication, and a genuine love for the craft.He is a community builder and a tireless advocate for the underground scene. With an unyielding drive and a commitment to authenticity, he continues to inspire and uplift those around him, making him an invaluable presence both on stage and beyond.

The label side works predominantly on signing and highlighting new and upcoming house and techno producers with a unique sound. NV’D Records is known as the "artists label", as we cater to the artist and retain the highest artist royalty rate in the industry.

Weivy, a versatile artist who blends various genres from classic and underground House, Funky Disco, Tech House, to Deep Tech, Minimal, and Techno. His musical journey began at a young age as a self-taught guitarist who've later on discovered electronic music while serving in the US Air Force. 

Weivy's DJ career began in 2017, and within two years, he has performed at iconic clubs and parties in San Francisco and festivals around California, and eventually around places like Hawaii and Mexico. He has also produced quarterly events in SF to give back to the local community. 

Weivy's music production journey started in 2019 where he later released a 2-track EP with BLK&WHT in 2021, followed by a 3-track EP in 2022 with Antonio Manigrassi. Currently he has a 2 hour radio show on Data Transmission Radio happening twice a month featuring the talented and well respected, well deserved DJ/Producers from straight and LGBTQ communities.
