Reggie Rankin', also known as Sabi Boy, is a Nigerian rapper-songwriter based in the UK. Originally from Edo State, he began making music at the age of 16, blending Rap with Afrofusion to create a unique sound. While studying in Ghana, he rose to prominence through the international student scene and joined Mr Eazi’s Life Is Eazi tour in 2017, releasing his debut EP City of Gold the same year.

He followed up with Popular Demand (2019) and Life in Minutes (2021), steadily building a fanbase. By 2023, he had surpassed 250,000 streams across platforms. Reggie expanded his reach with UK club performances promoting the single Sumomi, and in 2024, he released the +44 Riddim EP, sharing stages with Afro B and Iyanya.

In 2025, he returned with Pampa, which premiered on BBC Introducing, and launched the Diamond in the Rough Tour, with performances across London, Bedford, Northampton, and Milton Keynes—further cementing his place in the global Afrofusion scene.

That same year, Reggie appeared six times on DJ AG’s Live Stream at Kings Cross, a platform that has previously hosted the likes of Ed Sheeran, Ciara, Oxlade, and Odumodublvck—introducing his sound to wider UK and global audiences. He also released his fifth EP, continuing to evolve as one of Afrofusion’s most exciting rising stars.
