"The Distance Between Us" : just as the name states, it is the music representation of a yearning feeling of belonging. What could be, what could have been, what it cannot be anymore. This EP, consisting of two tracks, narrates a little story of love and affection. Something that as quick as it came through, it went, only to never come back. And maybe it's for the better, maybe it's not. We will never know. What we do know is that this will live on forever in the form of music, which is all that matters.

I share this song with all you lovers out there who are far away from your loved ones and cannot see them as much as you would like to. You've got this, wherever you are.

It's a bit of a different approach to sound for me, with a lot more effects and uplifting vibes than my tracks usually have, but I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. It was a really fun track to make, and I'm happy I could contribute to such a great album that this has turned out to be!

Wow! Melodica Recordings is one. To celebrate this momentous event I have sent some of our favourite releases on the label to some of our favourite artists, on the label and elsewhere, for a retake, a look back, a flash forward, a new version of the original.
