DJ AK started mixing as a hobby at the age of 16 with the hopes of one day becoming a professional DJ. He has a strong passion for music, enjoys creating original mixes, and performing live. After graduating from Scratch Academy (Founded by Jam Master J) in NYC and meeting iconic Hip-Hop DJ's such as DJ Rob Swift, Grandmaster Theodore, and many more, his passion for music grew even stronger. Making his move to Albany, NY in 2010 to continue pursuing a degree in Business from SUNY Albany, he Co-Founded UnderFloor MUSIC; an artist management, booking, promotion, and recording company. After putting together various shows across the Capital District, and Tri-State area, AK has made a name for himself as a passionate and determined DJ. He loves being the source of energy for any event and mixes all genres of music from Hip-Hop to EDM, although his roots began with Hip-Hop.
