Over the past 6 years WOLF Music have earned their stripes as stalwart purveyors of refined House and Disco. Now, in the follow up to Medlar and Greymatter’s debut LPs and EPs from the likes of Ishmael, Ossie and Casino Times they ready their 3rd LP from Dutchman Frits Wentink.

Now residing in Amsterdam, Frits has a glowing back catalogue of soulful, Lo Fi club material that’s touched Heist Recordings as well as WOLF in the form of his ‘Mouse’ and ‘Goose’ EPs. With an experimental approach to hardware and instrumentation, his work blooms naturally through jams and improv and in this - his debut LP: ‘Rarely Pure, Never Simple’ we see a development in this experimentation to enlivening effect.

Working with a meld of grubby samples, chunky percussion and the frequent vocal accompaniment of Utrecht based Loes Jongerling, Rarely Pure Never Simple is a journey through Frits’ influences forged into a cohesive pack of grooves and interludes tinged with a certain charming nostalgia.

Yuu Udagawa, who studied art and philosophy in high school, has since performed at clubs, festivals and fashion shows and is now a regular in the lounges of five-star hotels like the Park Hyatt Tokyo, showcasing her versatility as a DJ. Drawing on her insights and extensive experience in creating musical atmospheres invarious spaces, she continues expanding her musical creation journey.

In 2010, she composed "Blossom," the main menu BGM for Sony PlayStation 3 (Torne and Vita),captivating gamers. After that, she released several tracks for various projects. In 2021, her music caught the eye of German artist Manuel Tur, leading to her music being released through prestigious labels such as Compost Records in Munich, Germany, Cyphon Recordings in London, founded by Jimpster and Tom Roberts, to the up-and-coming Cosmocities Records in Dijon, France, and the popularRazor-N-Tape in Brooklyn, USA. These collaborations have boosted her international visibility. She was invited by Freerange Records in London to deliver a DJ MIX on Apple Music to celebrate International Women's Day 2024.

East Londoner Max Sinàl has been playing and releasing music under various names since starting out on pirate radio 25 years ago.

Since then he's done the lot - regular slots at Fabric, Koko, Space Ibiza and Potato Head Bali to name a few, not to mention Glastonbury, We Out Here, Bestival, Secret Garden Party and many more.  Max is also half of the live duo 2fox who have surpassed 20 million Spotify streams and will soon be sharing new remixes from names as illustrious as Louie Vega, Soul Clap and Tommy Musto.

After Soul Quest Records - a label he co-founded with two friends - released his 'Intentions' track as part of the 'Maintain Altitude' six track V/A EP.  In its original guise, it was the result of a joint musical adventure from Sinal, producer and longtime collaborator Kingcrowney and vocalist Liv East. 

The track returns this week with a slew of top remixes from Frits Wentink, JT Donaldson and Flying Moth, with a live version to boot, and to celebrate its imminent arrival he's taken to the decks to roll out an exclusive mix for Juno Daily
