DREVA is an experimental sound project rooted in transformation and resilience. Named after the Belarusian word for "tree," DREVA embodies the raw, organic energy of growth amid harsh conditions. It’s a sonic exploration of ambient, noise, field recordings, and minimalist structures, consciously embracing lo-fi aesthetics to amplify the intimacy and unpolished honesty of its sound. Atonal elements and haunting drones weave through the compositions, with subtle nods to black metal aesthetics, creating a visceral connection to nature, memory, and the struggle for self-identity.

Emerging from the shadows of a repressive regime, DREVA reflects the journey of an emigrant artist reclaiming their narrative.
