After many months of hard work, blood, sweat and tears it's finally here! Many of you wanted my Touhou covers to be available in an album format, so it truly means a lot to me to finally release this huge dream project for you all!

"Youkai - Touhou Metal" consists of all my Touhou Project covers I've done so far - I have refreshed every song on the album to match my current abilities and also fully remastered Pandemonic Planet, Septette for the Dead Princess and Youmu's Theme. I hope you guys enjoy my covers of your favorite Touhou tracks. Love y'all!

I'd also like to thank good guy RichaadEB (www.youtube.com/richaadeb) for nailing an absolute killer solo on Necrofantasia and helping me out with further work on the track. The last few years have been hard on all of us, and the challenging times have definitely shaped the emotion and passion put into this album. After your incredibly generous response to my previous Touhou album "Youkai - Touhou Metal", I bring you this sequel packed with more classic Touhou songs and with all the new skills that I've learned over the years. I'm so excited to finally release this massive labor of love to you!

"Lunatic - Touhou Metal" consists of all Touhou covers I've recorded and produced in the last 2 years, not only including big fan favorites like Bad Apple!!, We Are Japanese Goblin or Flowering Night but also more songs that the hardened Touhou fans might love! I hope you guys enjoy!

I would like to thank RichaadEB (youtube.com/richaadeb) for joining me again to perform his absolutely amazing guest guitar solo on Bad Apple!!, Wool (twitter.com/moiwool) for drawing the beautiful and eye-catching album artwork and also MTB (youtube.com/MTB396) for animating the intro for the Bad Apple!! music video. It was an immense pleasure working with the guys and make this huge project a reality. Thank you so much!

This album marks the first time I have ever sung on a track, which has been challenging, but a very fun and eye-opening experience. You guys seemed to have enjoyed my cover of We Are Japanese Goblin, so I've pushed my limits further by performing Bad Apple!! as well.

I want to thank all of you for your immense support, for sharing my videos with your friends and encouraging me to keep doing my best even during the hardest of times. I'm very proud to present to you this album that is very special to me. Please enjoy "Lunatic - Touhou Metal".

Story
Anunnaki
In the dawn of time, when the earth was still young and the skies blazed with newborn stars, the Anunnaki descended from the gates of Anu, the sky god. There were fifty of them, bearers of fire and destiny, with eyes that reflected the abyss and voices that could shatter mountains.

For millennia, they ruled as the invisible judges of the world...
• Enlil, lord of the wind, charted the paths of storms.

• Enki, guardian of the waters, whispered secrets in the rivers.

• Ninhursag, mother of the earth, wove life into every root.

But not all were content. Some Anunnaki looked upon the fragile, dreamy humans, capable of singing under the moon, and felt envy. “Why do they possess the spark of emotion, while we are eternal but empty?” they wondered.

Thus began the Anunnaki Rebellion.

A group of gods decided to steal the essence of humanity the capacity to love, to suffer, to create songs that defied the silence. They descended disguised as shooting stars and walked among men, teaching them to build temples, to forge weapons, to invoke forbidden names.

The world trembled. The seas rose against the shores, the skies darkened, and humans began to fear their own teachers.
Enki, compassionate, rebelled against his brethren and bestowed upon humans a secret gift: memory. “Always remember who you are, even when the gods try to erase your voice,” he said.

The final battle took place in Eridu, the first city. There, the Anunnaki fought amongst themselves, and men watched from the shadows as the judges of fate tore each other apart with lightning and fire. The ground was left scarred, its features still mistaken for mountains today.

In the end, the rebels were condemned to the underworld, transformed into shadows that judge souls. Humans were freed, but with an eternal burden... the memory of having witnessed the gods fall.
