We’re proud to crown aih021 as the latest output from Bristol's uber talented multi-instrumentalist Ellen Davies aka /please/. If you’ve been keeping up with allthingsaih then you may well remember a reworking of the Bonnie Tyler classic ‘Total Eclipse Of The Heart’ hitting Pizza Club towards the tail end of last summer so it is a great pleasure to finally welcome the frail songstress back for a full scale release.

Warm keys and an alienatingly distant vocal hinge together a solid collection of Kate Bush influenced deep-summer tracks. Perfect soundtracking for the evening BBQ twilight transition when the sunshine, sunburn and Sunday fun reach their peak.
