He was born in Durban, Umbumbulu. The Kid TOKC started loving music when he was at primary school when he used to writes songs and perform them in front of his classmates and teacher's.

He started recording at the age of 14, The Kid TOKC music is inspired by Nasty C, Lil Durk, Future. He been trying and introducing new rap style in Durban with different types of beatz, The Kid TOKC is Known for rapping about drill, love and blessing people ears with what they relate on with his style. The Kid TOKC been growing his fan base with +1000 followers on IG, +1600 followers on SoundCloud and +500 Views on YouTube. He has been always about introducing his style in South African rap and not sounding like other rappers on anything he do.
