Their first joint release "International Licence" on Filburt's label O*RS sounds accordingly pleasantly balanced and mature. The two Distillery residents focus on a music genre that has unfortunately and unjustly received less attention lately: Deep House. The three original tracks are universally applicable due to their stripped-down, Detroit-inspired timeless sound. From the most underrated slot of the DJ craft, the warm-up, to the early morning hours: The 909's spellbinding, pumping force will do its job. On the remix duties is highly talented Lea Lisa from the Wolf Music fame. For her 303 Mental Remix she adds an irresistible acid bassline (quelle surprise) and creates probably the most peak time-affine tune of the whole EP. Shuray & Walles first extended player is a perfect example for reduced but clever arrangements and above all for the fact that the best ship is friendship.“

Seasons | Spring 2025 EP marks the latest installment in the long-running and much-loved Seasons series from MNL, the progressive house-focused sister label of Manual Music. Released four times a year to coincide with the change of seasons, the series has become a staple for fans of the genre, consistently delivering a diverse and high-quality selection of music from across the globe.

The Spring 2025 edition stays true to that tradition, presenting five fresh tracks from five different artists, each showcasing a unique voice within the progressive house landscape. This season's contributors include Gonzalo Cotroneo and Hernan Cerbello, both hailing from Argentina, ACE CAT from Sri Lanka, Krestovsky from Russia, and a previously unreleased remix by UK-based Northcat for Paul Hazendonk & Riigs's Drac Trac.

With DJ support as far wide as Move D, Nina Kraviz, Cassy, October, Chez Damier, Brawther, Will Saul, Sascha Dive, Luciano and great media coverage on Resident Advisor who described the lead track “Ronin“ as like a modern day reprise of Kraftwerks Autobahn“ we are happy to present the 2nd Part of the LP to you.

Once again Part 2 is all about a banging club track on the A side „Theme“ a relentless pounding groove and 2 deeper cuts the chugging „Flatlining“ and the tranquil „These Feelings“ on the flip. We don't believe too much in describing them to you further than this but we hope you will agree they are quite special.
