Before my life as a record company I was a concert promoter and had the good fortune of promoting artist such as Nirvana, Beastie Boys, Fugazi, Pavement, Sonic Youth Pearl Jam, My Bloody Valentine, Hole, Bikini Kill, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs , LCD Soundsystem, Daft Punk and hundreds of others across Australia and New Zealand.

I created The Summersault festival in Australia and an island festival in Croatia called For Festival and curated/creative directed events in Australia like Vivid Live 2011 and most recently the UNPOPULAR  exhibition at the Powerhouse Museum.

Daft Punk is an electronic music duo consisting of French musicians Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo (born February 8, 1974) and Thomas Bangalter (born January 3, 1975).[1][2][3] Daft Punk reached significant popularity in the late 1990s house movement in France and met with continued success in the years following, combining elements of house with synthpop.[1][2][4] The duo is also credited with producing songs that were considered essential in the French house scene. They were managed from 1996 to 2008 by Pedro Winter (Busy P), the head of Ed Banger Records.[5]
Early in the group's career, the band members were strongly influenced by groups such as The Beach Boys and The Rolling Stones. Bangalter and de Homem-Christo were originally in an indie rock trio called Darlin', which disbanded after a short period of time, leaving the two to experiment musically on their own. The duo became Daft Punk, and released their critically acclaimed debut album Homework in 1997. The 2001 release Discovery was even more successful, driven by the club singles "One More Time", "Digital Love" and "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger". In March 2005, the duo released the album Human After All to mixed reviews. However, the singles "Robot Rock" and "Technologic" achieved success in the United Kingdom. Daft Punk toured throughout 2006 and 2007 and released the live album Alive 2007, which won a Grammy award for Best Electronic/Dance Album. The duo composed the score of the film Tron: Legacy and in 2010 released the soundtrack album of the film.
Daft Punk is noted for its elaborate live shows, in which visual elements and effects are incorporated with the music. The group is also known for its emphasis on visual and story components associated with their musical productions, as well as for wearing ornate robot costumes in public and while performing.

Augie DeLaRosa has been playing House Music for over 15 years, and just started playing in public 8 years ago. He plays Chicago's top venues. A regular at Ybar Gallery Fridays, he has also played Soundbar, VLive, SpyBar, Crescendo, Bevy, Vinyl, NV Penthouse Lounge, Parliament, Vertigo Sky Lounge, Lumen, Room Seven, and Time,  He’s made 4 guest appearances at Porn & Chicken,(including the P&C Rooftop Takeover of E11EVEN in Miami during WMC 2014) and the annual AddictedToRadio.com South Beach Tour during Winter Music Conference 2013, 2014, and 2015. Tiger Records Germany tapped him to play at their Miami In Session Pool Party during WMC 2015.He has provided direct support for Plastik Funk, Oscar G., Sharam, DJ Dan, Groovebox, Deniz Koyu, Tom Staar, DJ Icey, Armand Pena, Crazibiza, Vicetone, Stefano Noferini, Federico Scavo, Stonebridge, and Saeed Younan.
Augie was a Finalist in the Best DJ Category for the 2015 Chicago Nightlife Awards. (Out of the five finalist, only Augie and winner Derrick Carter are House DJ's) Augie hit the studio in 2014 and his first release, the  EP Vacant, co written and co produced with fellow Chicago Producer/DJ D2A hit #4 on the Progressive House Top 100 Releases Chart on Beatport,  #15 on the Tech House Top 100 Releases Chart on Beatport, and #44 on the Overall Top 100 Releases on Beatport in February 2015. He also won the V.I.Peeps 2012 North Coast Music Festival DJ Competition, winning the battle, to play this popular festival.
