Song I learned from my Brasilian friends in Brasil, state Acre, rio Jordao.

This is our interpretation of "Kasseriin" (title is not correct grammatically) Amazon indigenous song from Kulina people from Acre state Brasil. Story goes that chief Tuim Kuru of Yawanawa people heard it from Kulina people when they had common ceremonies. Then the song was introduced more widely around these areas of Amazon and thats how I heard it in 2013 June in a small village of Huni Kuin people called Lago Lindo near Jordao.

This is a song about the power of the voice (and sound) to open us up wide to the wow of love as it flows endlessly. It was 6 years old last month. I could call this an original, but it came to me with not much effort involved, I heard the words and the melody while I was trying to rest before a work. The chords were quite clear so I just had to give up the idea of resting and get to the guitar to learn it. Lucidia came along a few months later to add her gorgeous vocals to it which are now an integral part of the tune.

The words are simple:
