COVER ARTWORK: I drew the silhouettes by hand on paper, scanned and imported them into GIMP. The white outlines are obtained by inverting the black color. The inside of the silhouettes I obtained from a photograph of one of my empty scores, with inverted colors.
I made the titles with Inkscape.
